Commission-sponsored seminars:

Are free and open to the public, include information about the Commission's low-interest rate House State Bond first mortgage program, down payment assistance, and other loan programs; and are accepted by all affordable housing loan programs as meeting or exceeding educational reuirements.  Upon completion of this course you will be eligable for downpayment assistance and below market interest rates.  Space is limited and on a first come first served basis.  Please complete the form completly as we will need to send out course materals in advance.
